Refund Policy — The Art Shop

We want you to be completely satisfied with your art materials. If something isn't right , here's how we make it right.

Returns
You may return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days  of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us first at [your email] with your order number so we can arrange the return.

Because of hygiene and quality-control standards, we cannot accept returns on opened paints, inks, mediums, pastels, or brushes that have been used. Paper and pads must be unopened and undamaged.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, send us a photo and your order number within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you in full — including any delivery costs. We will arrange collection of damaged goods at our expense.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original delivery fees are refunded only where the item was damaged, incorrect, or faulty.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards and special-order items are not refundable unless faulty.
