Shipping Policy — The Art Shop

We deliver art supplies across South Africa, packed with care so your materials arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery times and rates
Major centers (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 1–3 business days.
Other areas: 2–5 business days.
Orders placed before 12:00 on business days are dispatched the same day where stock allows.

Standard courier delivery is a flat rate of R95 nationwide, and delivery is free on orders over R950.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Collections, oversized and fragile items
Some oversized items (large sheets, easels) may carry a separate shipping charge shown at checkout. Parcel lockers and collection points are supported at checkout where available.

Delays
Courier delays can happen, especially over peak season and public holidays. If your parcel is running late, contact us with your order number and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

International delivery
We currently deliver within South Africa only. If you're outside South Africa and would like to order, contact us at artshophermanus@gmail.com
